The messages to be displayed by the smart agent are contained in two ordinary text files. One file contains the sequence of initial messages that you want your smart agent to display - and the other file contains the response messages to different questions, along with the associated keywords for each response. Standard files are provided, that you can use as-is - or you can edit the files with any standard text editor.

If you are offering a discount or special offer through your smart agent, you need to enter the web address of the discount/offer page (this is contained in another simple text file).

All configuration of the script is done by editing these three ordinary text files.

There is NO need to modify any script files, or modify/use any HTML code.

Unlike other similar tools, there's no "powered by" notice/link. Everything shown on the chat window is fully customizable, so your visitors only see what you want them to see.

Unlike other similar tools, the smart agent is "smart" and will answer by analyzing the question. While it is software (so may not answer every question correctly), it will always answer any particular question in the same way (there's no random selection). Browser Compatibility
The script works on Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers, covering the vast majority of Internet users. Changing Agent Name and Photo
The script is supplied with a single image of "Jenny". This is just a jpeg image. You can use any image of the same size (150 pixels by 220 pixels) just by uploading it in place of the Jenny image file. You can change the agent's name by editing a simple text file.
